Plant Return Policy

Chiem Exotics guarantees live and healthy arrival of our plants. Any issues with your order must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your plant/s. Shall something arrive in less than ideal condition, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.  We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping services, stolen packages, or anything outside of our control. If we are at fault, we shall provide in store credit or something to make up for the mistake.  No cash returns will be issued. Chiem Exotics requires that you send images of the plant along with an explanation via email to info@chiemexotic.com in order to begin the return process. Thanks.

Chiem Exotics strives to sell only quality material in excellent condition. We offer and choose products for our customers that we would want for ourselves.

Limitation of Liability

Chiem Exotics shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Chiem Exotics has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors

In the event that a Chiem Exotics product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Chiem Exotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chiem Exotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chiem Exotics shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Chiem Exotics without notice at any time, for any reason.
